BICS25 instructions for presenters

Oral presentations are 8 minutes long with 2 minutes at the end for questions. The presentations should be in PowerPoint and submitted in advance to aweeks@liv.ac.uk. 

Posters should be created both as hard and soft copies. There will be display space at the conference for A0 posters (84.1 x 118.9cm) in portrait format; a pdf of the poster should also be uploaded onto the Oxford Abstracts site so that all those attending can view and download the posters. If you sign in to Oxford Abstracts and go to your original abstract submission, you will be able to upload your pdf there (max size 10MB).
